Ruthin Avenue – Middleton
About this installation…
The project took 4 days in all to complete. One day to prepare, one day to pour and print concrete, one day to clean and one day to seal.
The existing area was a mix of broken, uneven flags and grass. The area provided little functionality and only just allowed one small car to park. Hedges at the front were firstly cut back to open up the entrance and then excavation work began. Firstly the flags were removed and then the turf and soil were removed. Shutters were set and stone placed before two recessed manholes were set and Aco drainage at the foot of the driveway was installed. The customer decided upon the pattern of Opa Locka and the colour of Platinum silver.
The area was transformed into a beautiful, easy to maintain driveway that has room for three cars.
